Are all products made to order?

Yes, our footwear is made-to-order in small batches to ensure high-quality craftsmanship and reduce waste. This means your pair is crafted specifically for you after purchase.

How does the pre-order process work?

When you place an order during a pre-order, production begins after the sale ends.

How do I choose the right size?

We recommend ordering true to size based on standard sizing. View size conversion chart at the bottom of this page

Shipping & Fulfillment

How long will it take to receive my order?

  • Our made-to-order process takes a minimum of 4 weeks for fulfillment. Once your order is ready, you will receive tracking information. 

Where do we ship?

We currently ship within the U.S., but we are willing to accommodate international orders if patrons are willing to cover additional shipping costs. If you are outside of the U.S. and would like to place an order, please contact us at Contact@inheritatelier.com before purchasing to discuss shipping rates and availability.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

All Sales Are Final:
Due to the custom nature and limited production of our small-batch pre-order items, all sales are final. We carefully craft each piece just for you, and as such, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for changes of mind or sizing issues.

Repairs and Care

Repair Policy

We offer a lifetime repair policy on our shoes. If you experience issues due to normal wear and tear or manufacturing defects, simply reach out to our customer service team.

Footwear care instructions

  • Keep away from excessive water exposure. 
  • Spot clean with a soft cloth and mild soap if needed. 
  • Store in a cool, dry place to maintain the shape and quality.
